What are H Fin Tubes?

H Fin tubes consist of two identical and rectangular fins, welded symmetrically to opposite sides of the bare tubes and forming an “H” shaped profile, thus increasing the outside surface area which increases heat transfer surface compared with bare tubes.

These tubes provide minimal and limited dust & fly ash build up due to this unique design & are widely used for Boilers, Economizers and Air pre-heaters where dust concentration is high.
